Overview
We are seeking a Knowledge Management & Data Analytics Specialist to support organizational data analysis, knowledge management practices, and business process improvement initiatives. The selected candidate will analyze operational data, develop visual insights, support system enhancements, and help improve internal processes through data-driven recommendations.
What will you do?
Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel and Tableau, including developing formulas, scripts, and analytical models to enhance reporting and analysis capabilities.
Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and infographics in Excel and Tableau that follow industry best practices for data storytelling and graphic design.
Extract raw system data from the CMS platform as CSV files, perform data cleansing, and identify data gaps or discrepancies.
Produce business intelligence reports, metrics dashboards, and performance analytics to support organizational decision-making.
Monitor system reporting capabilities and recommend enhancements to improve data insights and reporting effectiveness.
Gather user requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical requirements and user stories for workflow application development.
Liaise with Sponsor developers to ensure accurate understanding of operational processes and system development requirements.
Evaluate existing knowledge management practices and recommend best practices to improve organizational knowledge sharing and system usage.
Support the implementation of knowledge management strategies and monitor their effectiveness over time.
Develop and maintain system user documentation, training materials, and reference guides.
Create and maintain business process maps using Business Process Mapping Notation (BPMN).
Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for automation, integration, and efficiency improvements.
Develop and implement metrics-driven process improvements validated by workforce input and operational needs.
Present process improvement recommendations and system enhancements to the Sponsor Program Manager.
Conduct new employee onboarding briefings, system training sessions, and ongoing user guidance.
Provide support for case file management processes and documentation standards across the organization.

Do you have what it takes?
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
- Bachelor's degree in Geospatial Intelligence, Geography, Remote Sensing, Intelligence Studies, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel and Tableau for data analysis, including advanced formulas and scripting capabilities.
- Experience developing data visualizations and infographics that effectively communicate analytical insights.
- Experience creating technical requirements and user stories for workflow or system development.
- Experience delivering training, briefings, and instructional materials for onboarding or system user engagement.
- Experience conducting business process analysis to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Experience developing and implementing metrics-based process improvements.
- Experience implementing knowledge management best practices and frameworks.
