Description: NSI requires a Government Furnished Property Analyst to support the PMA 234 Program Office. Upon award of contract this role will provide project management and property governance support for Government Furnished Property (GFP), Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), and Government Furnished Material (GFM) across PMA 234 programs, responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, validating GFE/GFP requirements, monitoring delivery status, identifying shortfalls, and recommending solutions to maintain aircraft production readiness. The candidate will oversee annual physical inventories of GFP, GFE and GFM in accordance with FAR and SECNAV requirements. Support property accountability throughout the asset life-cycle by maintaining accurate data in N-ERP, PIEE/GFP Module, and PMART; managing documentation such as DD200 and DD1149; and collaborating with DCMA, vendors, program teams, and contracting personnel. Candidates should bring strong knowledge of DoD property management regulations, audit readiness (FIAR), inventory processes, and contracting procedures.

Location: Lexington Park, MD

Education: BA/BS degree

Experience: At least 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. At least (1) year of NAVAIR identification, collection, management and reporting of all Government property and material inventories in the program management, technical, and business analysis discipline, related to acquisition and life cycle management. A minimum of six (6) years out of 10 years of recent work experience related to analysis and planning.

Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
