MTSI is seeking to hire a Program Integrator/APM. This position requires a highly skilled Senior Level Program Integrator / Assistant Product Manager to join the TUAS Product Office. As a Program Integrator in the TUAS Product Office, you will exercise a high degree of initiative and independence in the development of acquisition strategies and initiation of new programs. The TUAS Product Office manages battalion and brigade UAS systems to support RSTA, ISR, contested logistics supply, and ultra long endurance ISR missions. This is a demanding role that requires a highly motivated and self-starting individual.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Brief mid and senior level staff within PM UAS, PEO AVIATION, ASA(ALT), the Combatant Commands and the Joint Staff
- Develop strategies that detail Army Acquisition events, reviews, and documentation necessary to achieve Army decisions and transition programs between lifecycle phases
- Assist with construction of contract requirements packages (CRP), to include supporting development of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to vendors/primes to include input to the performance work statements (PWS)/Statement of Work (SOW) and associated Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), as well as coordination of functional requirements allocation board (FRAB) activities
- Participate in Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Army Program Budget Briefings (APBB), and P&R Form preparation
- Analyze programmatic and technical data affecting the fielding and support of Product Systems; perform requirements analysis; provide input to trade studies and decision briefs; provide requirements expertise and inputs to working groups and review boards
- Prepare reports and briefings. Provide administrative/technical support to conferences, briefings, meetings, working groups, and integrated product teams (IPTs).
Qualifications:
- US citizenship and a secret level security clearance is required.
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years for experience or master's degree and 10+ of experience.
- Strong proficiency in UAS Acquisition
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Army Program Office experience, preferably in PEO Aviation, with an emphasis in initiating new Army Programs
- Experience managing, executing, and integrating requirements, PPBE, and DAS processes and understand stakeholder requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Experience with Army UAS systems or related technologies
- Experience in DoD Is 5000.01, 5000.02, and 5000.85, as well as other traditional and non-traditional acquisition approaches
