The Work You'll Do
The System Test Team conducts the planning and analysis of all MDS ground tests and flight tests in which the C2BMC program is a participant. Ground test types include pairwise tests, Continuous Developmental Integration (CDI), Integrated Ground Test (GTI), Distributed Ground Test (GTD), cyber tests, Space Domain Awareness (SDA), and pre-flight test HWIL efforts. Flight tests are conducted with pre-determined sensors and shooters. International events are comprised of various ground tests and flight tests. The Work You'll Do

- Handling real-world event (RWE) data requests
- Satisfying analysts' requests for 'truth' data
- Managing server and NAS disk space
- Archiving data per System Test processes
- Coordinating with FFRDC and Contractor analysts, Execution Leads, System Integrators, program leadership, and Government customer
- Generating data processing/delivery status reports
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years' experience, or a Master's Degree and 3+ years' experience.
- Active Secret clearance required to start.
- Active IAT Level II Certification (Security+ or equivalent) required to start.
- At least 5 years prior experience as a data manager or Linux systems administrator
- Self-starter with good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment with the government customer as well as personnel internal and external to the program
- Strong Linux and Windows Server system administration skills
- Rudimentary coding skills to develop scripts to assist in automating data collection and management activities
- Basic troubleshooting skills and an ability to understand the software components running in a widely distributed, virtual environment
- Shell scripting, Cron Jobs, tools, automation
Preferred
- Python & Java Experience
- Prior integration and test experience within the Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program
- Technical knowledge of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Missile Defense System (MDS) including sensors, shooters, command and control systems, and networks
