Position Description:
Senior Project Analyst to provide support to NASA Glenn Research Center Fission Surface Power project in support of the CPSS contract.
This position is located in Cleveland, Ohio.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
The Senior Project Analyst plays a vital role in supporting project management activities by soliciting and organizing inputs from Project Technical Leads regarding milestone achievements, and monitoring technical, cost, and schedule status for comprehensive reporting purposes. This includes managing regular reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc basis.
. Key responsibilities include maintaining, coordinating, processing, tracking, monitoring, summarizing, updating, and supporting the creation of integrated project controls and metadata. The specialist is expected to provide solutions and propose strategies to address project-related issues as they arise.
. This position contributes to the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules and reports on overall project status. The role requires the identification and implementation of innovative approaches and process improvements, as well as active participation in meetings, planning sessions, and other strategic initiatives associated with the program.
. A core aspect of the role involves integrating FSP (Functional Support Program) activities by proactively collaborating with all Project Office team members. The analyst collects and analyzes both qualitative and quantitative data through document reviews and integrated schedules, interfacing with key stakeholders to identify, plan, and implement project and program goals and objectives.
. Additionally, the Senior Project Analyst is responsible for tracking and providing feedback to FSP management regarding project threats and liens, ensuring risks are identified and managed appropriately.

. Proficient in relevant project management and scheduling software.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other related
