We're seeking an exceptional Senior Business Process Consultant to serve as a trusted partner supporting a dynamic external engagement team that coordinates outreach and partnerships cross government, industry, academia, and international organizations.
This role demands a highly organized, detail oriented professional with strong executive presence who can interact with senior government and private sector leadership on a routine basis. The ideal candidate will excel at knowledge management, administrative coordination, and formal documentation while serving as a force multiplier for the external engagement team.
The candidate will have a deep understanding of the organization and be capable of seamlessly integrating into a fast-paced environment, operating with the pace and precision required to support complex external partnerships and engagement activities.

Details
Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Knowledge Management
- Leverage best tools and websites to share information with internal stakeholders
- Manage and reconcile document repository, maintaining currency and accuracy
- Capture and maintain partner points of contact
- Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Administrative Organization and Coordination
- Manage external engagement calendars and distribute information to stakeholders
- Reserve conference rooms, including special use rooms, and external meeting facilities
- Respond to surveys for feedback on external facility reservations
- Provide file transfer support
- Provide logistical support for events, including representing the team when staff is offsite
- Collaborate to transfer critical information to staff for coordination with internal stakeholders
- Process account requests and taskings
Communications and Documentation
- Maintain and update overview briefings
- Create tailored briefing packages for various audiences and leadership levels
- Coordinate website updates with other teams, and understand video accessibility requirements
- Draft and coordinate highlights capturing impactful external engagement activities
- Capture summary notes for meetings, including for cable creation
- Provide support for cable creation, including assisting drafting cables and following up with individuals to ensure timely cable coordination
Program Support
- Support the stand-up of new programs or offices, including creation of communications strategies and development of program strategies
- Coordinate complex relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct outreach and engagement activities across a breadth of external organizations
- Track requirements and deliverables across external engagement activities
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Must have active TS/SCI w/poly
Professional Experience
- Program management experience in intelligence or DoD/DoW environments
- Experience supporting senior executive leadership and coordinating across multiple organizational stakeholders
- Experience preparing briefings for diverse audiences, including senior leadership
- Proficiency with cable system
- Experience with organizational systems and tools including document management, financial systems, and tasking platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Knowledge and Abilities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence; ability to interact with senior government and private sector leadership on a routine basis
- Experience creating and maintaining knowledge management resources
- Experience supporting the stand-up of new programs or offices, including creation of communications strategies and developing program strategies

- Experience crafting contractual documentation such as Statements of Work and Sole Source Justifications
- Experience conducting outreach and engagement activities, especially across a breadth of external organizations
