Target Salary Range: $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Specifically, we are looking for aTS/SCI cleared Logistics Specialist - Senior to support this mission at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida.
Responsibilities:
As a Logistics Specialist - Senior, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:
- Plans and leads the development and implementation of comprehensive COOP logistics strategies for major enterprise-level C2ISR Transport Infrastructure components.
- Drives the strategic planning and execution of robust logistical support capabilities designed for rapid response to emergent and unforeseen operational disruptions.
- Functions as a technical expert in preserving mission-essential functions and maintaining comprehensive operational capabilities through resilient supply chains.
- Evaluates the overall effectiveness of COOP logistics plans and execution, identifying trends, and recommending major changes to enhance resilience and mission impact.
- Provides expert guidance to COOP planners, Government leadership POCs, and project teams on COOP logistics best practices, risk management, and complex problem resolution.
- Mentors and supervises journeyman and junior logistics specialists, ensuring continuous improvement in COOP logistics capabilities and adherence to standards.
- Leads collaboration with key technical staff and senior customer representatives to define and document complex COOP logistical specifications and operational requirements, guiding the overall COOP strategy.
- Establishes and enforces adherence to established COOP logistics guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements across the entire portfolio of supported C2ISR operations.
- Manages the documentation lifecycle for critical COOP logistics deliverables, including advanced version control, archiving, and strategic content management systems.
- Develops and refines strategic approaches for positioning and rapidly moving critical C2ISR assets, evaluating their effectiveness.
- Direct responsibility for leveraging COOP tools and maintaining pre-staged equipment (Tools).
- Personnel to relocate on short notice (e.g., 24 hours with advance notice or ASAP for no-notice disasters
- Personnel to remain onsite at Government locations during operational disruptions until an orderly handoff to the COOP location is completed.
- Utilize the following Role Specific Tools: Logistics management systems (GCSS Army, Navy ERP, Air Force LIMS); relocation planning dashboards for COOP operations; transportation scheduling and routing software; inventory and supply chain tracking systems with barcode/RFID integration; equipment staging and deployment readiness trackers; SOP/QRC libraries for standardized logistics processes; stakeholder communication dashboards for movement coordination; lessons learned repositories for logistics and COOP exercises; predictive analytics engines for supply chain forecasting; configuration management databases for logistics documentation and version control; compliance audit checklists for DoD logistics standards.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Logistics Specialist or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level; Minimum of 8 years' experience with a BS/BA, or 6 years' experience with an MS/MA or 3 years' experience with a PhD. or 12 years' experience w/o a degree or 10 years' experience with AS/AA
- A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
- US citizenship is required
- Must complete DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
- Location:MacDill AFB, FL
- On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking
- Travel:May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments
