Project Manager

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Manager to join our team who will work at both the Pentagon, Arlington VA and Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA. This position will spend 50% of the time at each location.

This position will utilize project management skills and experience to assist both Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) Director for Strategic Basing and Deputy Commandant for Information - Director ICD 705 Task Force prepare for and execute the establishment of ICD 705 Facilities for several locations across the Marine Corps through existing and future contracts and efforts with other government organizations. This effort will emphasize management of construction efforts in both CONUS and OCONUS Marine Corps locations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Foster collaborative and high-performing project environments across multiple geographically dispersed locations and culturally diverse CONUS and OCONUS teams through clear communication - e.g., between USACE, MCICOM, and ICD 705 Task Force.
• Assist MCICOM Director understand and track MCICOM contract efforts and requirements for multiple projects - e.g., project goals, timelines, and individual organizational responsibilities while ensuring the timely and accurate submission of contract and program deliverables.
• Implement and maintain consistent personnel and administrative processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant contractual requirements to align with MCICOM and ICD 705 Task Force goals and objectives.
• Oversee team and individual training and administrative requirements.
• Work with hiring managers to oversee staffing at all locations.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and Risk Assessments to support CONUS and OCONUS team performance and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years' experience planning and/or operating in project management environments including projects for facility related efforts.
• Experience with ICD 705 related construction.
• Experience with project management frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional Certification
• Defense Acquisition expertise in Project/Program Management
• Experience with MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Project, MS Excel

Clearance Requirements :

• Candidate must have an active/current TS/SCI (eligible) security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to maintain construction security oversight in outdoor environment; walk (with personal protective equipment) to inspect and document delivery of components and assembly/construction of structure.
