SAIC is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Program Analyst to support the Specialized Munitions Division customer at Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane, Indiana, on a part-time basis.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning and reporting across supported programs to ensure test readiness activities are properly integrated into project schedules.
- Coordinate recurring status reports, ensuring accurate data and progress updates related to testing and readiness.
- Conduct schedule and metrics-based analysis, providing actionable insights to support program-level and project-level decisions.
- Participate in the development of detailed test plans and ensure proper reporting of test readiness metrics and results.
- Facilitate preparations for and support recurring and non-recurring meetings, such as budget reviews, financial planning discussions, and test readiness reviews.
- Serve as a liaison between internal project teams, and external stakeholders including contractor management, ensuring essential communication and alignment on contract and program objectives.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree and 6yrs plus of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in program/project management, financial analysis, or metrics-based evaluation.
- Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and performance tracking with minimal oversight.
- Strong engineering technical and analytical skills for interpreting program data and developing actionable solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and resolve project challenges in a dynamic environment.
- US Citizenship required.
Highly Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) or similar DoD organizations.
- Experience with explosives, test readiness planning, metrics development, and schedule integration.
- Active DoD Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
