We're looking for a part-time recruiter with HR experience to help us find and attract top engineering talent for our growing defense programs. You'll partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and coordinate candidates while helping to promote our unique ownership culture.
Key Responsibilities
-Source and screen candidates for engineering and technical positions
-Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
-Post job openings across job boards, LinkedIn, and university career centers
-Attend career fairs and networking events to represent Electronics Service, Inc.
-Maintain applicant tracking records and ensure compliance with hiring regulations
-Assist with onboarding activities for new hires
Qualifications
-2+ years of recruitment experience and 2+ years as an HR generalist
-Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Ability to work 20–29 hours per week with a flexible schedule
-U.S. Citizen
Preferred Skills
-Experience in talent acquisition for engineering roles
-Experience recruiting for defense or technical roles
-Knowledge of security clearance processes
-PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification
-Experience with the Insperity PEO platform
-Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms
