Job Title: Program Control Analyst | The Navigator
Location: Dayton, OH

What You’ll Do:
You will provide program control analysis for a broad project set in the Federal, State, and commercial sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Project budgeting and forecasting for efforts both with and without subcontractors
• Financial analysis of projects to ensure they are on track
• Project kickoff and closeout support
• Lead the monthly Project Management Review
• Liaison between the back office and project management to ensure all teams have the most current data
• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities to ensure high standards with project execution, including on time delivery and within budget
• Assist with contractual compliance for project execution and deliverables
• Provide risk analysis and reporting to relevant stakeholders and assist in solutions where needed
• Provide cost analysis to support projects, proposals, or other efforts
• Assist in Material, Travel, and ODC tracking, reporting, and compliance
• Timecard auditing and invoicing support for prime vehicles as well as subcontracts
• Create project related subcontractor purchase orders
• Develop financial reports to support project decision-making, budget variation and cost projections
Qualifications/What You’ll Bring:
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience working with US Government Contracts in a similar role
• Knowledge of the financial differences for multiple contract types such as CPFF Completion, CPFF/LOE, FFP, FFP/LOE, CPIF, T&M, etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and high level of proficiency in math, and standard office software programs to facilitate efficient and successful task completion.
• Deep familiarity with financial tracking and forecasting in MS Excel and other tools
Nice to haves:
• Experience with Unanet for project planning and forecasting
Education/Credentials:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• US Citizenship is required for consideration, as this job requires a US government security clearance.
◦ Nice to have - Secret level clearance.
◦ Acceptable - No current clearance but eligibility to obtain
Physical Demands:
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position and work on a computer for prolonged periods
• Up to 10% travel
