Razor is seeking an experienced OCI Network Engineer to support secure federal cloud environments within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The role includes designing, configuring, and troubleshooting OCI networking services supporting mission‐critical government systems. Ideal candidates bring strong enterprise or cloud networking experience, plus knowledge of secure cloud architecture and federal compliance requirements. This position supports the deployment and operation of secure, high‐availability cloud networking solutions including VCN architecture, hybrid connectivity, security controls, and performance monitoring.
Education & Certification Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• DoD 8570 / 8140 compliant certification (e.g., Security+ CE or equivalent).
Clearance Requirements
• Must have held a Tier 5 (T5) Top Secret clearance at some point.
• Clearance may be inactive, but must have been active within the past 6 months.
• Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).

Responsibilities
• Design and configure Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) networking components including VCNs, subnets, and routing.
• Configure/maintain OCI gateways including Internet Gateways, NAT Gateways, and Dynamic Routing Gateways.
• Implement/manage route tables, Network Security Groups (NSGs), and security lists.
• Configure and troubleshoot site-to-site VPNs and hybrid connectivity.
• Support DNS configuration and OCI Load Balancer services.
• Monitor network performance using OCI Monitoring, Logging, and observability tools.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, firewall, and routing issues across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Ensure architecture aligns with federal security standards and secure cloud best practices.
• Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Qualifications
• 7–10 years supporting enterprise or cloud networking environments.
• Experience with routing, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with secure federal cloud environments and compliance frameworks preferred.
• Hands-on OCI networking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hybrid networking interconnecting on-prem and cloud environments preferred.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and observability platforms preferred.
Desired Skills
• Experience supporting DoD programs.
• Knowledge of secure cloud architecture and federal security compliance frameworks.
• Strong documentation and communication capabilities.
