This is contingent on EBU moving position to Robins AFB.
Responsibilities
• Lead the development, review, and execution of program acquisition strategies in compliance with DoDI 5000.02, DoDI 5000.75, DAFI 63-101, DAFI 63-138, and AFPAM 63-128.
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of statutory and regulatory acquisition reports, including MARs, SARs, DAES, APBs, and milestone decision documents.
• Manage and guide the use of mandated acquisition systems such as DAMIR, EDA, PMRT, CRIS, and other OSW/DoW data tools.
• Provide senior-level leadership in program planning, scheduling, cost/schedule baseline analysis, and requirements development.
• Advise government leadership on program performance, risk posture, alternatives, and recommended courses of action.
• Present executive-level briefings, dashboards, and status updates supporting key decision events, milestone reviews, and program reviews.
• Lead the development and maintenance of risk management plans; facilitate risk boards, working groups, and contractor/subcontractor risk evaluations.
• Support source selections in an advisory capacity by leading evaluation criteria development, documentation processes, and proposal analysis.
• Oversee the creation of Business Case Analyses, trade studies, Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), AoA guidance packages, market research, ESIS, ASP briefings, lifecycle documentation, CDRLs, and DIDs.
• Collaborate with government and industry teams to implement Agile acquisition and development practices.
Qualifications

• Masters Degree and 15+ years relevant experience or Bachelors Degree and 25+ years relevant experience
• SECRET Security Clearance
• Extensive experience leading ACAT I-III DoW or Air Force acquisition programs.
• Expert-level knowledge of DoD 5000-series acquisition processes and related Air Force supplements.
• Proven leadership in program integration, risk management, scheduling, cost analysis, and performance oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, executive-quality briefings and acquisition documents.
• Proficiency with DoW acquisition data systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across functional areas (engineering, logistics, finance, contracting, test).
Preferred Qualifications
• DAWIA/DAF Program Management Certification (Level II/III).
• Experience supporting AFLCMC organizations or comparable DoW program offices.
• Background in Agile or rapid acquisition environments.
