SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-05, or equivalent in other pay systems. Examples of specialized experience includes Knowledge of an extensive body of rules, concepts, techniques, procedures, and operations of technical training programs to perform a wide variety of assignments involved in the support of technical training functions; knowledge of the unit's operations and functions sufficient to evaluate information gathered from various sources and use basic analytical methods and techniques to determine adequacy of, or deficiencies in technical training programs; knowledge of the technical training program mission and objectives to perform assignments and resolve a wide range of issues using accepted practices; knowledge of various office automation software programs, tools, and techniques to support office operations ,retrieve and input data, and maintain accurate files; ability to use a variety of computer programs/software to enter, maintain, sort, retrieve information, and produce a variety of standardized documents.

1. Knowledge of the rules, concepts, techniques, procedures, and operations of technical training programs to perform assignments designed to support technical training.
2. Knowledge of the organization's operations and functions sufficient to evaluate information gathered from various sources to determine quality, accuracy, and applicability.3. Knowledge of various office automation software programs, tools, and techniques to support office operations, retrieve and input data, and maintain accurate files; a qualified typist is not required.
4. Skill in applying basic analytical methods and techniques to resolve conflicts and determine adequacy of, or deficiencies in the program.
5. Ability to use one or more established computer programs/software (Microsoft Office) to enter, maintain, sort, and retrieve organizational and/or program data.
6. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, using tact and courtesy.
PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.

- Serves as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated technical training support programs
