This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.

- You will be responsible for assisting all aspects of the planning, managing, coordinating, and evaluating training, education, and outreach for integrated prevention programs.
- You will maintain program and administrative reference materials, project and program files, available policies, procedures, and written instructions.
- You will support implementation and participate in prevention programs and related program management activities.
- You will review and coordinate prevention actions and projects across programs to ensure completion dates are met within established timeframes.

- Experience executing evidence-based strategies to prevent suicide, sexual assault/harassment, substance misuse, and violence while promoting a healthy and resilient organizational climate.
- Experience using data management and reporting systems to systematically collect, organize, and interpret information drawn from various databases for program oversight.
- Experience maintaining data integrity while navigating complex reporting structures to ensure accurate tracking of prevention-related metrics.
- Experience communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of management, staff, and military personnel to relay technical findings and program requirements.
- Experience providing consultation and guidance to diverse stakeholders, ensuring clear dissemination of policy and prevention initiatives across the organization.
