Resource Management Professional – Level 2
Location: Fort Meade, MD area
Clearance: Active TS/SCI required
Overview
Chesapeake Consultants is seeking a Resource Management Professional (RMP) Level 2 to support government leadership in the analysis and management of program resources across a complex mission portfolio.
The selected candidate will provide financial, programmatic, and strategic resource analysis to support leadership decision-making and ensure resources are aligned to mission priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with development and maintenance of portfolio-level resource tracking and requirements lists
Conduct trend analysis across fiscal years to evaluate funding decisions and program impacts
Provide analysis of cost, schedule, and performance data across multiple programs
Support preparation of executive-level briefings and reports for leadership and external stakeholders
Assist with the annual program build process and resource planning activities
Support development of Expected Accomplishments (EAs) and program performance metrics
Provide data analytics and reporting using government business systems and Microsoft Excel
Assist leadership in identifying resource gaps, investment opportunities, and funding challenges
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in resource management, financial management, program management, or contract management within the DoD or Intelligence Community
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Program Management, or related discipline
Experience supporting budget planning, program analysis, or resource planning activities
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
Experience supporting PPBE, program build, or portfolio-level resource management activities
Familiarity with NSA financial or program management systems
