Boeing Global Services' (BGS) Northeast & Southeast Asia (NESEA) organization is seeking a Project Management Specialist to join the Japan Government Services F-15 program in Hazelwood, MO.

This role will be responsible for the execution of current contracts for the Japanese F-15 fleet, as well as pursuit of new efforts to support the largest international fleet of F-15 aircraft. The selected individual will lead interactions across a wide variety of customers, organizations, functions and business units such as international government and industry representatives, Boeing's International subsidiary units, and BGS Training, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, and Business Development functions. This individual will report to the F-15 Japan Sustainment Program Manager.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in all required activities to acquire new contracts and manage contract execution and performance to meet customer requirements and delivery commitments
  • Manage scope, cost, and schedule for proposal and program activities, including earned value management and cost account management efforts
  • Establish and use Program Management Best Practices to manage budgets, maintain schedule, identify and mitigate risks and issues, identify and capture opportunities, and develop program goals
  • Develop and deliver business proposals to meet emerging customer needs and create program plans and policies to execute newly signed contracts.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners.
  • Lead, support, recognize, and motivate sustainment team members


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
  • 3+ years in a role requiring project management skills, tools and processes
  • Experience creating presentations/briefings for Senior Leadership
  • Willing and able to travel 10%-20% both domestically and internationally
  • Willing and able to support international customers outside of normal business hours


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years in a role requiring project management skills, tools and processes
  • Experience working with Japan or other international campaigns/programs
  • Experience working on the F-15 platform, with military aircraft upgrades, performance-based logistics, and/or sustainment program(s)
  • Experience using Earned Value Management or similar cost and schedule accounting means
  • Experience leading cross functional projects and interfacing with customers cultivating outcome-oriented business relationships
  • Experience working with and/or managing contractors, subcontractors or suppliers
  • Experience developing and managing plans through closure to capture opportunities and mitigate risks

Summary pay range Experienced: $94,350 - $127,650

Summary pay range Senior: $118,150 - $159,850
