Epsilon C5I, focused on software development, intelligence production, and systems engineering for ISR operations, is seeking is seeking a Program Control Analyst 2 with at least one year of experience to work out of Dayton, OH. This position in support of a large IDIQ, will lead the research, development, and sustainment of systems and software capabilities for intelligence community implementation. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Development of Project Plans and task order baselines
- Manage, monitor and report on the financial status of all Contracts
- Schedule and conduct meetings with the PM and project managers
- Manage, review, update, and report on the status of internal controls to ensure compliance policies and procedures
- Develop metrics and briefings to include the monthly Govt PMR
- Develop Briefing material in PowerPoint
- Conduct internal reviews and spot checks
- Develop Training Material
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- One year of experience supporting government programs.
- Applicant Must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with SCI access.
- Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
- Sound interpersonal skills needed to interface, coordinate with company personnel, customers, and outside contacts
- Exceptional organization skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience with large IDIQ, subcontractor oversight
- Expertise in earned value management
- Advanced time management and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
