Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a collaborative team delivering technical solutions supporting senior federal stakeholders.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise voice, video, and collaboration platforms.
- Configure and support SBCs, voice gateways, dial plans, and QoS for high-quality real-time communications.
- Serve as a technical SME and resolve operational issues with minimal ramp-up.
- Participate in Agile execution and collaborative problem-solving.
- Communicate technical issues, risks, and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Recommend technical improvements and architectural enhancements.
- Contribute to team discussions, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support mission operations with urgency, accountability, and ownership.
- Demonstrate immediate contribution in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
- Establish and maintain customer trust through expertise and professionalism.
- Apply creativity and innovation to deliver solutions aligned to mission objectives.
Experience Requirements:
- Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance.
- 10+ years leading or assisting in review, design, and implementation of network engineering solutions with deep hands-on experience in enterprise Unified Communications.
- Demonstrated expertise with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Webex, and Microsoft Teams.
- Hands-on experience with session border controllers, voice gateways, call routing, and QoS for real-time traffic.
- Experience with VQ Conference Manager, Jabber, Cisco telephony endpoints, and Cisco Expressway.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational voice and video issues in mission-critical environments with minimal ramp-up.
- Ability to contribute immediately in a mission-critical operational environment.
- Essential personnel availability for continuity of operations during shutdowns, emergencies, or other critical situations.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
- DoD 8140-aligned certification for the 441 Network Operations Specialist work role, such as Network+, Security+, Cloud+, SSCP, CASP+, CISSP, or CCNP Security.
- Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance.
