Missile Requirements and Integration Manager

As an ICBM Requirements and Integration Manager, you'll bring your leadership, Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Requirements management, operational knowledge, and skills to work with leaders in logistics concepts, policy, organizational alignment, and training requirements on projects for the Air Force. You'll sharpen your skills as you research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, support, and equip the operational units and test organizations to interoperate with future systems elements. Work with us to help plan, program, and execute the timely fielding of the Sentinel system while retiring the Minuteman III weapon systems .

You Have:

  • 20+ year's of experience in Intercontinental Ballistic maintenance and support roles
  • Experience in strategic planning and senior-level stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge of the ICBM missile program and associated Re-entry Systems and equipment designs
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree


Nice If You Have:

  • Experience interacting with enterprise stakeholders such as National Nuclear Safety Administration and the Department of Energy
  • Experience in nuclear safety, security, and reliability estimation
  • Knowledge of inspections of Air Force weapons portfolios, facility storage capabilities, maintenance processes, and federal regulations
  • Ability to execute program management, policy support, weapon system design, military acquisitions, supply chain, logistics, and equipment life-cycle sustainment


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
