We are actively hiring Technical Specialist (Expert) - End-to-End Engineering Support w ith TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our Data and Systems Integration Division, working in Northern Virginia to p rovide Support and administer cyber security projects and Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities within the Sponsor's organization. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are actively hiring Technical Specialist (Expert) - End-to-End Engineering Support w ith TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our Data and Systems Integration Division, working in Northern Virginia to p rovide Support and administer cyber security projects and Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities within the Sponsor's organization. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tasks shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Participate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in program and organizational engineering review boards and other technical forums to foster cooperation across programs within the Agency, DoD, and the IC, and facilitate effective integration of technical solutions.
- Provide technical breadth on embedded processing, wireless and mobile communications across all Sponsor-enabled mission areas; including knowledge of current and emerging commercial markets, devices at the user edge of the network, and fixed infrastructure of the mobile network.
- Provide frequency spectrum management support to monitor and conduct analysis of Federal Communications Commission (FCC), International Telecommunication Union (ITU), and National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA} activity regarding frequency assignments, allocation, auction, and commercial co-use on Agency operations.
- Develop design concepts that are consistent with Agency architectural guidance and industry best practices to address new user/system requirements, changes in the technical environment, or performance enhancements.
- Assist in the preparation and management of artifacts associated with implementation of legal policies and standards generated by the Sponsor.
- Maintain a strategic roadmap for technical research initiatives.
- Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid decision makers. Identify dependencies in Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and conduct reviews and inspections to ensure a systematic and coordinated review of systems and capabilities.
- Assist with the creation of standard program or project management deliverables and documentation, to include scope planning, resource estimation, schedule development, milestone management, cost estimation, quality, communications, risk management and mitigation.
- Prepare and manage integration activities associated with infrastructure, facilities, networks, and service providers, R&D and recapitalization activities, space planning, and installation coordination
- Familiarity with Sponsor technical communication systems.
- Level:
- Bachelors degree with 12 years of Intelligence Community support, or 16 years with no degree.
- TS/SCI with polygraph
- Familiarity with Sponsor technical communication systems.
