COMPENSATION
The likely salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of total compensation or salary or any other compensation offered. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Rollout Systems offers a variety of benefits including health insurance with domestic partner coverage, company-funded health savings account and life and disability insurances, 401(k) matching, 401(k) profit-sharing, education assistance, paid time off, and paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, location, and schedule type.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking a highly motivated and driven Program Management Analyst to work Onsite supporting PMA-280 for our War-fighter customer who upholds America's status as the "Land of the Free" every day, at work, or at play.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly support the IPT Lead and assist with all actions to support the overall goal of the Program Office. Perform critical program management, technical, and business analysis to ensure program success.
- Collect, organize and interpret technical data and financial information related to systems acquisition and product programs.
- Support the development of Program acquisition documentation per the DoD 5000 such as Acquisition Plans (AP) and Acquisition Program Baseline (APB) documentation.
- Develop and maintain relevant Program financial documentation as directed to include the following as a minimum:
- Prepare, route and manage Statement of Works (SOW) and Work Assignment Agreements (WAA) for various field activities
- Prepare budget submissions for all cycles
- Develop and manage Program phasing plan to track and execute to OSD and FMB benchmarks utilizing AMS CSPT, TOMIS, and Microsoft Excel and similar analytical tools, with limited use of approved automated or AI-enabled features to assist with data analysis and reporting.
- Develop and maintain relevant Program contract requirements as directed to include the following as a minimum:
- Prepare, route and manage Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs) utilizing AMS PMT
- Interface with Contracts Specialist to ensure execution of PIDs
- Update and deliver various reports, to include the following as a minimum:
- Prepare briefing materials, meeting notes, and record and distribute meeting minutes
- Prepare and maintain documentation for the Risk Management Board / Joint Risk Management Board
- Prepare RDAIS submissions for quarterly and ADHOC reporting
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of direct support to IPT Lead and assisting with all actions to support the overall goal of the Program Management Office (PMO).
- Experience performing critical program management, technical, and business analysis to ensure program success.
- Experience collecting, organizing, and interpreting technical data and financial information related to systems acquisition and product programs.
- Experience preparing, routing, and managing Statement of Works (SOW) and Work Assignment Agreements (WAA) for various field activities.
- Experience preparing budget submissions for all cycles.
- Experience developing and managing Program phasing plans to track and execute to OSD and FMB benchmarks utilizing AMS CSPT, TOMIS, and Microsoft Excel and similar analytical tools, with limited use of approved automated or AI-enabled features to assist with data analysis and reporting.
DESIRED
- 2-4 years of professional experience in a NAVAIR Program Office.
- Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM).
- DAWIA Practitioner in Program Management or equivalent industry certification.
SECURITY CLEARANCE
- Active Secret Security Clearance
EDUCATION
- BS or BA degree in Business, Management, or Engineering discipline
