Network Manager

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Network Manager to support a company focused on advancing secure, mission-critical IT solutions for federal energy programs. This position is on-site in Washington, D.C. or Albuquerque, NM. The Network Manager will lead, evolve, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure supporting the Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration. Responsibilities for the Network Manager include:

• Overseeing all network administration, operations, and support activities for designated business areas
• Supervising and guiding technical teams to ensure high-quality work and on-time project/task completion
• Removing impediments to drive successful project execution and service availability
• Coordinating with customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure mission success
• Providing critical analysis and recommendations for secure, redundant, and fault-tolerant network solutions

Required Qualifications for the Network Manager include:

• 10+ years of related professional experience
• Demonstrated experience with Network Design & Engineering, Network Monitoring, Performance & Capacity Management, Incident Isolation, and Configuration Management
• Strong administrative, organizational, and people-management skills
• Bachelor's degree OR 4 additional years of relevant experience
• Must possess (or be able to obtain) a Q or TS-level security clearance

Compensation for the Network Manager includes:

• Salary Range: $170,000-$210,000 depending on experience
• Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Sick leave as required by law
