Leidos is seeking a highly experienced OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst to support a high‑visibility defense intelligence mission. This senior‑level role leads advanced collection, exploitation, PED, and targeting operations using publicly and commercially available information (PAI/CAI) in support of global operational requirements.
The OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst will fuse open‑source data with multi‑INT reporting to produce high‑impact intelligence assessments, drive operational planning, and provide analytic reach‑back support to forward elements. The selected candidate will apply advanced tradecraft to identify, assess, and exploit digital information across the global information environment.
Travel-This position may require recurring 90‑day rotational deployments in addition to CONUS‑based analytical support in Chantilly Virgina..

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead advanced OSINT/PAI collection, exploitation, and targeting operations using specialized tools, platforms, and commercial data sources.
- Conduct PED activities across publicly available and commercially available data streams.
- Fuse PAI/CAI with HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, cyber, and other intelligence disciplines to produce comprehensive multi‑INT assessments.
- Produce high‑quality intelligence products including targeting packages, threat assessments, nodal analyses, and formal briefings.
- Deliver intelligence briefings to senior‑level audiences (O‑5/GS‑14 and above).
- Support HUMINT targeting, cyber operations, exploitation activities, and operational planning through OSINT‑driven analysis.
- Coordinate with IC and joint mission partners to synchronize OSINT integration and targeting efforts.
- Support digital signature reduction planning and execution in accordance with applicable authorities and policies.
- Maintain expertise in the evolving digital information environment, including social media ecosystems, commercial data platforms, internet‑based infrastructure, and deep/dark web environments.
- Support both CONUS and deployed operations, including recurring 3‑month rotational assignments as required.
Basic Qualifications
- Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an intelligence analyst within DoD or the Intelligence Community.
- Minimum 3 years of OSINT/PAI exploitation experience supporting operational missions, targeting, or HUMINT lead development.
- Minimum 2 years supporting digital signature reduction activities.
- Advanced proficiency with all‑source and OSINT‑specific analytic tools, databases, targeting methodologies, and automation systems.
- Deep understanding of the global digital information environment, including commercial data sources, social media, internet‑based platforms, and deep/dark web ecosystems.
- Advanced knowledge of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, oversight, and policy frameworks.
- Superior written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated experience briefing senior leaders (O‑5/GS‑14 or higher).
- Ability and willingness to support recurring 90‑day deployment rotations as mission requirements dictate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting operational or deployed environments.
- Familiarity with cross‑domain OSINT exploitation and mission‑driven OSINT requirements.
- Experience integrating OSINT with HUMINT or cyber intelligence operations.
