Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager - 96 OSS located at Eglin AFB, FL supporting the TMAS2 Contract 96th Test Wing (TW).
The Program Manager supports the 96th Operations Support Squadron in planning and coordinating range resources for multiple DoD departments, Air Force Major Commands, and a wide variety of developmental and operational test units. This role is critical to enabling the development and testing of new capabilities for the U.S. Air Force in a dynamic, high-tempo environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, motivated, and capable of managing complex programs to ensure safe and efficient mission execution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- *Must hold an active Secret Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required*
- Bachelor's and 8 years of relevant experience or 10 years relevant experience.
- Experience in development, management and execution of test and evaluation programs involving new and current DOD weapon systems, military aircraft, and/or emerging technologies used in military equipment highly desired.
- Experience in program financial management, review and analysis of complex projects highly desired.
- Experience with the 96 Test Wing Test Process and execution of test/training missions using ETTC land ranges, range resources, and restricted/warning airspace desired.
- Experience working in AF or joint organizations desired.
- Working knowledge of 96 TW Information Systems including JOCAS, EVCAS, TWES, Livelink, and CSE desired.
- Small Unmanned Aircraft System (sUAS) and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) system knowledge.
- Munitions Custodian experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- 10 years applicable experience.
- Prior experience in Department of Defense organizations.
- Prior USAF Leadership experience in the roles like assistant director of operations (ADO), senior NCO leadership positions, or jobs at the group or wing level
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SharePoint, expert attention-to-detail & highly organized
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations
- Working knowledge of 96 TW Information Systems, particularly the Center Scheduling Enterprise (CSE).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Eglin Test and Training Complex (ETTC) test program management, to include the review, planning, design, provisioning, execution, and reporting of various Special Projects Flight test and training programs.
- Analyze test plan requirements and determine best application of ETTC range resource capabilities to support program objectives.
- Write Test Directives, CONOP's, develop and conduct Safety Review Board and Test Acceptance Board briefings, and complete detailed planning actions in preparation for mission execution.
- Schedule and deconflict test events using 96 TW Center Scheduling Enterprise, coordinate ETTC range resource support, and oversee execution of test and training events on ETTC land test areas.
- Conduct comprehensive financial management of test and training programs, to include preparation of Rough Order of Magnitude and Statement of Capability cost estimates, coordination and review of funding documents for compliance, and management of customer funding using 96 TW financial management information systems.
- Track program cost and schedule performance, review expenditures for accuracy, and coordinate discrepancy resolution. Conduct financial reviews of assigned programs to analyze current and prior fiscal year expenditures for development of future FY budget requirements.
