Program Specialist

Position Summary

MAG Aerospace is seeking an experienced Program Specialist to assist the HR Lead for the PM EW&C.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the Manpower Information Retrieval and Reporting System (MIRARS) database
• Manage the Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS)
• Provide assistance to the HR Lead
• Send out administrative emails to the workforce on various subjects.
• Track FY mandatory training requirements and assist employees complete their mandatory training.
• Perform HR in-processing/out-processing actions
• Update monthly organization charts.
• Assist with writing employee recognition awards and processing the associated forms.
• Process personnel actions when required.
• Update human resource spreadsheets as needed.
• Provide assistance and expertise to the OPS Lead on the Risk Management Internal Control Program.
• Provide subject matter expertise to the OPS Lead and HR Lead as requested.

Requirements

Requirements: MUST HAVE

• Minimum of five (5) years related experience
• Active DOD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels within the organization
• Capacity to collaborate with colleagues, employees, managers, and leaders

Preferred:

• Experience with MIRARS database
• Experience with ATAAPS
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform functions in Microsoft 365

Education and Certification Requirements:

• AA or 2-year technical school, preferred Business or related field

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60 to $70 (Hourly USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
