Silotech is seeking a Deputy Site Leader / IMO to serve as the alternate on-site lead for a mission-critical IT support program at Fort Sill. This role supports daily service delivery and assumes Site Leader responsibilities as needed. The Deputy Site Leader will help maintain operational continuity, support workforce coordination, and perform hands-on IMO duties in support of end users and enterprise IT services.

This position is contingent upon award.

Essential Role and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the alternate to the Site Leader with authority to act in the Site Leader's absence
  • Support day-to-day management of on-site service delivery and workforce execution
  • Assist with customer coordination, escalation handling, and operational issue resolution
  • Perform IMO duties including endpoint support, account support, troubleshooting, and user assistance
  • Help monitor ticket queues, service performance, staffing accountability, and compliance activities
  • Support onboarding, training coordination, and continuity planning
  • Assist with reporting, workload prioritization, and quality control
  • Provide leadership support across the full supported environment as mission needs dictate


Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent related experience
  • 6+ years of IT support experience
  • Prior team lead, shift lead, or supervisory experience preferred
  • 2+ years supporting Windows-based enterprise environments
  • Strong communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to operate independently and step into leadership responsibilities when required


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior Army or DoD IT support experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise user environments, service desk operations, and ticket-based support
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and user account administration
  • Experience working in secure or mission-sensitive environments
