Web and Systems Developer

Team Silotech is seeking a Web and Systems Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, and sustainment of websites, digital workflows, dashboards, and related applications at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. This role supports modern web development, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities in a secure federal environment.

This position is contingent upon award.

Essential Role and Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications, sites, and digital tools
• Support Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure DevOps, and related platforms
• Design and maintain secure, user-focused digital workflows and automation solutions
• Support content-driven and custom web platforms in a government setting
• Assist with troubleshooting, optimization, sustainment, and modernization efforts
• Support development activities involving AI, LLMs, and bot-enabled capabilities where applicable
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into usable digital solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or 5 years of directly related experience
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure DevOps, Azure Storage, Xcode, VS Code, and Power Query
• Experience with AI, large language models, and bot creation
• Demonstrated coding experience in HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, Java/JavaScript, JSON, PHP, SQL/MySQL, AJAX, Bootstrap, jQuery, SASS, and TypeScript
• Experience with platforms and tools such as Joomla!, WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, Concrete5, Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and PySpark
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SharePoint administration and workflow automation experience
• Government web modernization experience
• DevSecOps or secure application development experience
• Section 508 accessibility experience
• Agile or Scrum team experience

Required Certifications

• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification meeting IAT II requirements
• Applicable Computing Environment certification or training aligned to the supported environment

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

• Azure DevOps or platform-specific training aligned to the systems supported

Additional Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required
• Active Secret clearance required
• Must maintain required certifications throughout performance
