Who We Are
Our Team, the Modeling and Simulation Contract for Framework and Tools (MASC-F) team, is constantly engineering, developing and integrating new capabilities for the U.S. Missile Defense System.
The Work
The Metrics and Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing and analyzing metrics and indicators to support program decision-making and improvement.
The Metrics and Training Coordinator will also coordinate and track program training. Ensure all required training is completed on time and aid in developing and refining training. The successful candidate will have experience in metrics development, data analysis, and reporting, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, mining, and transforming large-scale data sets to support engineering initiatives.
- Building and maintaining automated end-to-end data pipelines and customized reporting functions.
- Conducting statistical analyses, predictive modeling, and classification to ensure reliable forecasts.
- Verifying data quality, performing regular audits, and resolving inconsistencies.
- Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, clarifying requirements and delivering insights.
- Collaborating with data scientists and developers to define outcomes, establish data governance, and enhance analytical capabilities.
- Documenting methodologies, creating reusable templates, and training users on analytical tools.
- Track training records and manage program training to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate training on program tools and methodologies: develop curriculum, schedule workshops/webinars, and produce job aid materials.
- Track training effectiveness by maintaining attendance logs and post training surveys; report completion rates and skill gaps to management.

Basic Qualifications:
• An Interim Secret Clearance is required or higher
• Experience in metrics development, data analysis, and reporting
• Familiarity with Agile metrics
• Experience with Jira or other agility tools
Desired Skills:
• Experience in working with data integration and data warehousing solutions
• Skilled in data analysis and facilitation, i.e., able to produce data designs using a variety of inputs such as requirements analysis, SME interviews, business process and data flow analysis, data profiling, etc.
• Strong attention to detail with proven problem-solving skills and results
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and be flexible
• Ability to track, trend, and analyze data
• Knowledgeable professional with advanced experience using Tableau, Confluence, JIRA, and understanding data/analytics.
• Experience with the Objective Simulation Framework
• Python is a plus

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
