MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate must possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Familiar with FAR/DFAR asset-management requirements. Proficient in MS Office and AI-driven analytics tools for creating reports, identifying issues, and devising solutions. Ability to perform labor intensive activities related to asset identification and organization.
Desired Skills:
Skilled in MS Office and AI-driven analytics tools for creating reports, identifying issues, and devising solutions. Excellent communicator, and attention to details.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

What You Will Be Doing
As the Property Analyst Staff you will be responsible for leading the Ocala site's property control and compliance activities.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Analyze and control property to maintain accountability from acquisition through disposition using the 1LMX Asset Management system.
- Engage with customers, federal agencies, and internal teams to investigate and resolve compliance issues.
- Develop Basis of Estimates for proposals and support capture teams with justification and risk assessments.
- Lead the site-wide implementation of the new Passive RFID tracking process.
- Provide guidance, training, and legal interpretation to site employees on FAR, DFARS, CAS, and property-management principles.
