You will be the Electrical Engineer Sr. Stf, Simulation for the Simulation Engineering team which is responsible for designing, developing, and testing hardware simulation components (avionic/network test racks, cockpits, audio/visual systems, etc.).

Basic Qualifications:
• Hardware design experience in a simulation environment
• Integration and Test experience in a simulation lab or an aircraft trainer environment
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Electrical Engineering preferred)
Desired Skills:
• Experience working with Audio and Video Systems (High End Projector Systems)
• Experience and knowledge in Aircraft Systems
• Experience in Radio Communication and RF systems
• Experience working with Mil-Std 1553 and ARINC-429 bus networks
• Experience and knowledge in Computer Aided Drawing (i.e. CATIA, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
• Experience working with various Simulation I/O devices
• Experience working with Simulation Control Loader Systems
• Lab Hardware Technical leadership experience
• Lab Requirements Testing & Verification
• Highly motivated, energetic, self-starter and possess exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a highly cohesive team environment.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

- Design and develop electrical hardware solutions for ADP, C-5, C-130J, F-35 and F-22 test venues.
- Integrate hardware into simulation platforms and ensure compliance with design criteria.
- Collaborate with external customers to capture and translate laboratory product requirements.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of hardware in lab environments.
- Document designs, analyses, and test results in accordance with engineering standards.
