Description:What You Will Be Doing
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Project Management and Planning Operations candidate for a position to support F-16 and C-130 sustainment program integration activities being performed at the Greenville Site.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyze and resolve issues impacting execution of sustainment programs.
- Reviews and provides analysis of schedule and other business rhythms
- Prepares internal and contract deliverable reports.
- Develops/maintains mechanisms for monitoring project progress, metrics and for intervention/problem solving with the team.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
• Excellent business acumen with experience working in an integrated project team environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired Skills:
• Demonstrated Interpersonal skills, ability to develop enduring customer relationships.
• Experience using BI data reporting systems like Tableau, Access, Oracle, etc.
• Experience in managing large data sets
• Experience, degree, or certification in project management.
• SAP Experience
• Strong technical background with experience in aircraft manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, modification, on F-16's or C-130's.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks with multiple stakeholders on multiple problems simultaneously.
• Aerospace and/or manufacturing experience.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
