You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Manager (Level 5) for the Missiles & Fire Control Manufacturing Engineering - Dallas Electrical Shop PWB/PCB team. Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality printed wiring boards (PWB) that enable mission-critical missile systems.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of related PWB / PCB Manufacturing or Process control experience.
- Experience manufacturing PWB / PCB assemblies to IPC and J-STD specifications.
- Experience with managing PWB/PCB manufacturing engineers
- Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Ability to interpret drawings, Computer-Aided Design (CAD) models, product/performance specifications, and other systems integration technical data
- Ability to liaison between LM Subcontractors, internal disciplines, and LM shop(s) Production Operations- Demonstrated effective communication skills including verbal, listening, technical writing, and presentations
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, including team building, collaboration, and developing enduring business relationships
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve technical/process issues varying from basic to very complex
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
