Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education, and 3+ years of professional experience.
- understand technical principles, theories, and concepts of analog and digital electronics, test methodologies, schematics, and the use of common benchtop measurement systems such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
- demonstrate imaginative and practical problem solving skills.
- successfully work with general direction, show initiative and adaptability, establish and complete goals.
- collaborate with engineers, technicians, and assemblers having a variety of skills and experience.
- have or be able to obtain a security clearance at the secret level.
- U.S. Citizenship
Desired Skills:
- experience using automated test systems such as 3070, flying probe, CKT, Teradyne, and environmental temperature and vibration screening equipment.
- NI TestStand, LabWindows CVI, LabView.
- embedded programming.
- configuration management.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

As the Test Engineer Senior you will be responsible for driving test execution, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of test processes.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Resolve and document test anomalies of manufactured electronic circuit boards, cables, flexes, sub-assemblies, and systems.
- Maintain test equipment in working order according to requirements and schedules.
- Prepare, review, refine, and improve test procedures and planning documents.
- Support test development and integration efforts, collaborating with technicians, quality engineering, and manufacturing engineering teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior test staff.
