Barbaricum seeks a Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Lead to serve as the primary technical expert supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). This role focuses on the technical leadership, development, and governance of their SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments. The ideal candidate is a senior technical professional responsible for leading the implementation of enterprise-scale solutions, driving process improvement, and owning the lifecycle of a critical portfolio of Power BI dashboards. Reporting to the Project Manager, this position is located at DISA's Fort Meade, MD headquarters and requires an active DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical oversight, development, and lifecycle management of SharePoint Online and other Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Oversee the integration of complex data sources (SQL, APIs, etc.) to develop effective data models and write necessary DAX calculations for key Power BI dashboards.
  • Guide the implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions, coordinating custom development as required.
  • Establish and oversee the governance, standards, and permission models for over 80 SharePoint Online sites.
  • Develop and execute the SharePoint migration and modernization strategy, resolving technical challenges and prioritizing efforts.
  • Lead the analysis and re-engineering of 12 core acquisition processes, developing process models and diagrams for government approval.
  • Oversee and deliver all contractual documentation, including the annual Acquisition Process Documentation, monthly reports, and quarterly Improvement Implementation Strategy.
  • Provide direct support and strategic guidance to senior leadership on roadmap planning and requirements definition.


Required Qualifications:
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
  • 6-9 years of experience in SPO, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI development.
  • Proven expertise in leading the development and delivery of integrated solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Proven track record delivering multi‑system dashboards and automated solutions for government clients.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale SharePoint modernization and migration projects.
  • Proven experience leading government web modernization projects and delivering on contractual requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in business process analysis and re-engineering, specifically within a DoD or Federal acquisition context.
  • Expertise in managing complex SharePoint information architecture and permission structures.
  • Experience shaping governance and advising senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, customer engagement, and documentation skills.

  • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL‑300)
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL‑400)
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL‑600)
  • Microsoft 365 Administrator / SharePoint Administrator certifications
