A bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement

A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
GS-09: A master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR
LL.B. or J.D., if related.
OR
A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.

- At the GS-07 you will perform developmental duties as assigned.
- At the Full Performance Level (GS-09) you will perform the duties listed below:
- You will conduct comprehensive studies of work, process improvement, program management and a variety of management projects to refine and improve commemorative planning projects.
- You will assist with development and implementation of data collection templates and methodologies.
- You will help plan, develop, administer and evaluate the commemorative program and execute procedures to facilitate various historic holdings, events, news, milestones and commemorations and enhance awareness of the Navy's history and heritage.
- You will evaluate short, mid, and long range planning and current contingency requirements of the mission.
