Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
*Experience performing Budget Formulation, Execution, and Accounting fundamentals.
*Experience applying budget and accounting policies, regulations and guidelines for financial and budget oversight and execution.
*Experience utilizing the Line of Accounting (LOA) format and its elements.
*Experience utilizing the financial management systems used by Navy Reserve Force (e.g., STARS, SABRS, CFMS, ERP and WAWF, NROWS, DJMS-RC, RIMS-FM, SLDCADA, etc).
*Experience utilizing program management tools and data analytics.

The Navy Reserve Force (NAVRESFOR) Comptroller Directorate is an "in office" work environment. NAVRESFOR does offer flexible work schedules to include both an Alternate Work Schedule (Fixed 8 hours per day, gliding or maxi-flex) and a Compressed Work Schedule (RDO) and does provide for situational, ad-hoc telework.
Certain incentives (such as Recruitment, Relocation or Student Loan Repayment) may be authorized to eligible selectees.

A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if the selectee fails to meet the pre-employment requirements, including failure to report to any of the scheduled appointments.

- You will be the lead program manager for financial management system migration, implementation, and sustainment within Navy Reserve Force.
- You will participate in meetings and working groups related to the BSO's sustainment of ERP and other FM systems as well as coordination of future system migrations (e.g., ERP+).
- You will set priorities and plan and schedule meetings as necessary to ensure effective and expeditious accomplishment of the critical path timeline for migration to meet established "go live" date.
- You will work closely with internal and external points of contact to ensure successful migration and achievement of full operational tempo and sustainment.
- You will verbally present updates to Force Comptroller, 2- and 3-star flag officers, Office of Chief of Navy Reserve (OCNR) staff, Financial Management and Budget (FMB) analysts and downstream customers on migration and FM system status.
- You will serve as staff expert on automated financial management systems.
