Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilize skills in project development and organizational tools to carry out assignments with minimal oversight; 2) Coordinate and oversee regular building maintenance and repairs for multiple buildings; 3) Perform analyses of operational processes, resource allocation, energy use, and safety processes; 4) Recommend and implement facility improvements, management and direct cleaning, and/or assist security staff and activities; 5) Carryout out emergency protocols and procedures to maintain a safe environment for building occupants and visitors, and 6) Utilize Microsoft Office Suite Products to include PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook as well as, Acrobat, Project Management software, TEAMS, Maintenance and Material Management (3M) software, Web Development tools, databases systems, computer Aided Design (CAD) software, telephone systems and 3D modeling to perform duties.
