The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO PROVIDE PRODUCTION SERVICES, and includesthe following: 1) Examining and/or evaluating the condition of an aircraft and associated electrical components to determine overhaul requirement; 2) Analyzing aircraft logbooks, removal and replacement interval cards, records, and configuration information for the rework and/or repair of assigned aircraft; 3) Interpreting and retaining information from blueprints, specifications; and technical directives; and 4) Controlling the depth of rework set forth by applicable specifications, instructions, and manuals.

- You will perform progressive static and dynamic examination and evaluation of assigned Type/Model/Series aircraft electrical systems.
- You will create job order specifications and determine what type and amount of materials will be required.
- You will prepare costs and time estimates in support of assigned project/program and from engineering drawings (electrical, mechanical and structural) with labor estimates.
- You will ensure products are reworked within technical specifications and meet negotiated labor and material requirements.
- You will conduct formal training and on the job training to other employees in support of program goals and objectives.
- You will assign tasks to immediate workers, relay supervisor's instructions, and provide guidance to workers on methods and procedures.
- You will accomplish other duties as assigned.

- This position requires lifting and carrying objects up to 35 pounds. Any weight lifted in excess of 35 pounds will not be attempted unaided.
