The Prospective Group (TPG) is searching for aProgram Manager / Senior Information Technology Project Manager to support the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's Foreign Investment Risk Branch (FIRB) by providing the requisite tools, services, skills and expertise necessary to assist in executing and advancing CISA's mission and priorities, including the identification of risk specific to the security of national critical infrastructure, preservation of national security from foreign investment and influence, and enhancing cybersecurity throughout the nation's critical infrastructure.

Position Requirements:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, in good standing, obtained through the Program Management Institute (http://www.pmi.org/), at time of award or Lean Six Sigma Master Green Belt.
- At least 8 years of demonstrated experience managing projects, on a full-time basis, for similar projects of size and scope, with preference to managing a project related to CFIUS or Team Telecom work.
- Demonstrated experience working with non-expert customers, including demonstrated ability to communicate complex cybersecurity and technology topics in non-technical language through written and oral communications.
- Demonstrated awareness of key emerging cybersecurity and technological areas of research, companies, concepts, and industry trends in qualifying core areas of interest.
- At least a Bachelor's degree, with preference given to advanced degree and/or experience in a field closely related to a core area of FIRB cybersecurity and technology interest.
