Team Silotech is seeking an Information Technologist I to support end-user and client systems operations at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. This role provides hands-on desktop support, account support, hardware and software troubleshooting, printer support, connectivity troubleshooting, and Microsoft 365 support in a mission-critical environment.

Essential Role and Responsibilities
- Provide onsite end-user support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, imaging, connectivity, and printer problems
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and user account issues
- Manage passwords, file permissions, and user/group access support actions
- Diagnose and resolve Windows client issues in enterprise environments
- Support Microsoft Intune-managed devices and related endpoint functions
- Document service activity in ticketing or work order systems
- Provide responsive customer service in support of daily mission operations
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field; or 3 years of technically related experience in desktop support or network administration
- Minimum 2 years of client support experience in a Microsoft Windows-based environment
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows endpoints and Microsoft 365 applications
- Experience in Microsoft Intune-managed environments
- Strong troubleshooting experience with desktop hardware, software, imaging, connectivity, remote printer setup, and email systems
- Experience managing passwords, user/group accounts, and file permissions
- Working knowledge of LAN/WAN and internet connectivity issues
- Advanced understanding of TCP/IP
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Army, DoD, or other federal IT support experience
- Experience supporting high-volume enterprise ticket environments
- Experience with tablets, scanners, printers, and related peripherals
- Experience with AESMP or similar ticketing systems
- HDI or ITIL background
Required Certifications
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification meeting IAT II requirements
- Applicable Computing Environment certification or training aligned to the supported environment

Additional Requirements
- U.S. citizenship required
- Active Secret clearance required
- Must maintain required certifications throughout performance
