Team Silotech is seeking a Site Leader to support Information Technology Support Services at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The Site Leader will serve as the on-site lead responsible for day-to-day oversight of contract performance, customer coordination, issue escalation, and service delivery execution. This role also performs Information Management Officer duties and must be capable of responding to operational issues during normal duty hours and after-hours emergencies as required.
This position is contingent upon award.

Essential Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site lead for contract operations
- Coordinate daily IT support activities across assigned staff and service areas
- Interface directly with Government personnel on performance, priorities, and issue resolution
- Track and manage escalated service issues through resolution
- Support end-user computing, Microsoft 365, account management, hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues as needed
- Ensure responsiveness, staffing accountability, and service quality across the task order
- Support reporting, status updates, and operational coordination
- Be available to meet Government officials within required response timelines
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field; or equivalent qualifying experience
- Minimum 3 years of technically related experience in desktop support, network administration, or enterprise end-user support
- Minimum 2 years of client support experience in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and enterprise user environments
- Experience troubleshooting desktop hardware, software, imaging, printing, connectivity, and user account issues
- Experience with LAN/WAN and TCP/IP troubleshooting
- Prior experience leading personnel, coordinating execution, or serving as a customer-facing operational lead
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior site lead, service desk lead, or task lead experience on a federal IT support contract
- Army or DoD IT operations experience
- Experience with Microsoft Intune-managed environments
- Experience with enterprise ticketing or work order systems such as AESMP
- ITIL Foundation or similar service management background
Required Certifications
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification meeting IAT II requirements
- Applicable Computing Environment certification or training aligned to the supported environment

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Windows client or endpoint administration training
- Microsoft Intune or Endpoint Manager training
- Other platform-specific training aligned to the systems and tools supported under the contract
Additional Requirements
- U.S. citizenship required
- Must maintain required certifications throughout performance
- Intermediate Microsoft 365 proficiency required
