FWI is building a team to provide Program Management Office (PMO) Support Services for the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI), delivering comprehensive end-to-end testing and evaluation services for the DAI Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS 12.2.x) across both on-premises and future Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments. As a Testing Manager, you will supervise a team of test specialists and manage all Independent Verification & Validation, regression, performance, automation, and Section 508 compliance testing activities across major, minor, and monthly production releases.

Work Schedule and Location:

Remote: This is a full-time remote position. Work is performed Monday through Friday during standard core business hours (6:00 AM - 5:30 PM ET). Occasional travel to Fort Belvoir, VA may be required. Extended hours and/or weekend support may occasionally be required during major test events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all Testing and Evaluation (T&E) support for the DAI system including on-premises (DISA) and future Cloud (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) environments
  • Conduct Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) of system design, development, configuration, and requirements traceability for all test events
  • Maintain test artifacts (test cases, scripts, plans, deficiency reports, test reports) using MF Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Serena Dimensions Tools
  • Develop and maintain manual and automated test scripts using Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS)
  • Conduct annual FFMIA testing as mandated by OMB
  • Manage SIT, UAT, and LUT planning, execution, and reporting
  • Develop and maintain the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and Test and Evaluation Plans (TEP)
  • Conduct monthly Section 508 compliance testing and assessments
  • Support JITC interoperability certification activities
  • Participate in cybersecurity T&E and annual CEVA assessments


Qualifications

Required:
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience testing software applications including system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance, and automation testing
  • Experience in an Agile environment; knowledge of System Operations, Engineering, and DevOps integration
  • Experience developing and maintaining test cases using designated automated test tools
  • Detailed familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures
  • Experience supervising a team of test specialists and managing complex, state-of-the-art test programs
  • Experience translating complex program requirements into testable objectives
  • Experience analyzing and recommending test cycle, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives
  • 5 years of Oracle EBS R12.2 platform experience
  • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
  • Must hold an active Secret clearance or equivalent Tier 3 (T3) background investigation.
