The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong communicator who can surface what individual teams are doing with AI, consolidate those efforts into a shared organizational picture, and feed those insights back out so that every team benefits from what others have learned.
This position sits within the Innovation Team and plays a critical role in helping GTE become better, faster, and cheaper by breaking down silos, reducing duplicated effort, and ensuring that AI capabilities and lessons learned are visible and actionable across all engineering teams. Beyond internal coordination, this role will help shape GTE's AI strategy and maintain active engagement with the enterprise AI team to stay ahead of emerging initiatives, tools, and direction - ensuring GTE remains aligned with and informed by broader organizational efforts.
