What You'll Work On:

• Assist the OPFOR Support Division ( OSD ) Chief in overseeing and mentoring 10-15 OPFOR SMEs.
• Attend Event Life Cycle ( ELC ) events as required.
• Assist in development, maintenance, and updating of internal SOPs and policies .
• Ensure all Contract Deliverable Requirements List ( CDRL ) requirements are submitted on time and that they meet or exceed standards.
• Deploy to forward locations to assist with OPFOR operations on occasion.
• Ensure all new team members are trained on the Joint Land Component Constructive Capability and that existing team members retain proficiency.
• Oversee unit database scrubs and unit lay downs and start file builds.
• Run a shift in Red Senior Control opposite the OSD Chief during training events and resp ond to requests from the Exercise Control Group ( ECG ) and the HST Team Chief.
• Ensure the OPFOR Commander 's intent is executed in JLCCTC and ensures all operations are compliant with current applicable OPFOR doctrine.
• During exercise execution, assist in oversight of approximately 100 part-time on call employees.

You Have:

• Experience with Micro sof t Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Army and Joint regulations and current doctrine
• Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 20% of the time
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience in the military, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in the military

Nice If You Have:

• Experience as a field grade officer, warrant officer, or sergeant major
• Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level
• Experience with Constructive Simulation Models such as Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability ( JLCCTC ) or Warfighters Simulation ( WARSIM )
• Experience working with the Mission Command Training Program ( MCTP )
• Knowledge of FM 7-100 series OPFOR doctrine
• Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
• Possession of excellent organizational and time management skills
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
