Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Intelligence Systems Coordinator

What You'll Work On:
- Lead the creation and refinement of the IDFP throughout the Exercise Life Cycle ( ELC ) , incorporating input from the Higher Command ( HICOM ) , training audiences, and external support agencies.
- Assist the HICOM and training audience intelligence staffs in developing their exercise intelligence architectures, ensuring systems can receive, transport, and distribute simulated intelligence message traffic across all echelons, including up, down, and adjacent.
- Ensure that simulated intelligence messages are standardized, adhere to doctrinal formats, and are disseminated in ways that replicate real-world intelligence workflows and reporting chains.
- Identify and define intelligence sensor platforms by echelon, specifying what types of collection, including GEOINT, SIGINT, or HUMINT, will be simulated and how resulting data will be formatted and integrated into the architecture.
- Address and coordinate processes for integrating national-level and theater-level collection assets within the WFX construct to accurately reflect how those systems contribute to operational intelligence.
- During Pre-STARTEX and execution phases, provide final synchronization and validation of the IDFP, replicating the functions of a Military Intelligence Brigade - Theater ( MIB-T ) and producing asso cia ted intelligence products to drive training objectives.
- Coordinate with program divisions, training audience G-2/S-2 staffs, simulation controllers, and OC / Ts to ensure intelligence systems, data feeds, and reporting align with the Operational Environment ( OE ) and scenario objectives.
- Monitor and troubleshoot simulated intelligence data flows during WFX execution to ensure fidelity and timely delivery of intelligence injects across the architecture.

You Have:
- Experience developing or managing intelligence data architectures, C4ISR systems, or message traffic flows
- Experience with Micro sof t Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Army and Joint intelligence systems, message standards such as USMTF, ATO, INTSUM, TACREP, and IIR, and intelligence dissemination procedures
- Knowledge of the collection management processes, sensor tasking, and intelligence synchronization at operational and theater levels
- Knowledge of current Army and Joint doctrine
- Knowledge of GEOINT, SIGINT, and HUMINT disciplines and their integration into tactical and operational architectures
- Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 20% of the time
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience in the military, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in the military
Nice If You Have:
- Experience supporting MCTP, Warfighter Exercises ( WFX ) , or large-scale collective training events
- Experience replicating or working with Military Intelligence Brigade s - Theater ( MIB-T ) or similar intelligence organizations
- Knowledge of Army and Joint simulation systems and intelligence sof tware applications
