SailPoint Engineer

Blu Omega is seeking an ICAM professional with a passion for designing innovative identity solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Engineer to join a dynamic team dedicated to developing and deploying enterprise-grade ICAM platforms. This is your opportunity to work on impactful federal projects right in Washington, DC, leveraging your expertise to enhance security and operational efficiency across government systems.

Location: Washington, DC - On-site at the client site (5 days per week)
Security Clearance: Secret (U.S. Citizenship required)

As a key member of our team, you will drive the design, development, and integration of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, ensuring robust access management and compliance with federal policies. Your contributions will directly impact national security, making this role both challenging and rewarding.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing large-scale ICAM solutions, specifically tailored to federal government standards
• Proven ability to deploy and adapt ICAM systems through advanced technical solutions
• Extensive experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform
• Strong understanding of Federal ICAM policies and compliance requirements
• Expertise in designing solutions meeting security and operational needs
• Experience with system integrations such as Active Directory, Splunk, and CyberArk
• Proficiency in Java and other relevant programming languages
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple work streams
• Effective collaborator capable of facilitating work across diverse teams

Nice to Have:

• CISSP or related security certifications
• Experience with Radiant Logic or Okta platforms
• Knowledge of LDAP, databases, and enterprise application integration
• Previous experience leading technical POCs and pilot implementations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Demonstrated success in architecture, development, and operational support of identity management systems within federal or large enterprise environments

Other Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret security clearance
• Willingness to work on-site full-time in Washington, DC
• Ability to support incident response and assist with audit and compliance activities

Salary Range: $90K-$140K
Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance
