We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator (SA) to support product development, software engineering, and system engineering efforts for Cross Access Front End Solutions (CAFES). This role supports mission-focused front-end access capabilities by ensuring system reliability, security, and operational performance across development and production environments. We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator (SA) to support product development, software engineering, and system engineering efforts for Cross Access Front End Solutions (CAFES). This role supports mission-focused front-end access capabilities by ensuring system reliability, security, and operational performance across development and production environments. The ideal candidate brings hands-on systems administration experience within complex, secure environments and thrives in fast-paced, engineering-driven programs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide systems administration support for CAFES product development and engineering efforts
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers and related infrastructure
- Support software deployment, system integration, and environment sustainment
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security posture
- Implement patches, updates, and security configurations in accordance with policy
- Assist engineers and developers with system-level troubleshooting and environment setup
- Support configuration management and documentation of system baselines
- Participate in system testing, validation, and operational readiness activities
- Ensure compliance with security standards and operational requirements
Requirements:
- US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance required
- Five (5) to Ten (10) years of Systems Administrator experience supporting programs/contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- OR five (5) additional years of Systems Administrator experience may be substituted for the degree
- Experience supporting software and system engineering environments
- Strong troubleshooting and system sustainment capabilities
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional engineering teams
- Experience operating in secure, mission-driven environments
