Employment Type : Contract
Duration : 12 Months and Possible Extension
Security Clearance : Active Top Secret / SCI Clearance to Start.
Pay Range : $25 - $30/hr on W2 without benefits.
Job Description:
*** is looking for a Security Coordinator to provide Security escorting services by personally escorting, remaining physically present, and visually monitoring all activities of uncleared personnel assigned to approved work areas. Access to these work areas will be identified and approved by the Contractor Program Security Officer. This position involves interaction with internal and external contractors assigned to multiple projects. This position will be On-Call/Part-Time status with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Identify the uncleared personnel requiring escort into approved work areas
• Interact effectively with various Security professionals
• Remain physically present and alert at all times in the approved work area with the uncleared personnel
• Deny access to work areas that has not been approved.
• Actively monitor the movement and activities of the uncleared personnel to ensure no breach of security protocols occurs.
• Immediately report any actual or suspected breach of security protocol to the designate representative.
• Immediately report any accidents, injuries, or safety-related issues to Security representatives.
Must Have Qualifications for Security Coordinator - Security Escort:
• This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen.
• Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.
• SCI with poly clearance per business requirements.
• Security escort experience.
• DoD Security Clearance.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• 2 years of Security experience.
