What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities:
- Integrated Lifecycle Management: Develop and manage the tools, applications, processes, and procedures for the MQ-4C program's AVPLM, ensuring seamless integration of all sub-level program data. Develop PMA-262 requirements to align AVPLM with the acquisition and coordination of Digital Sustainment Solutions for NAVAIR and the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE).
- Systems Integration & Sustainment: Enable next-generation Digital Sustainment capabilities by ensuring the program meets LIPHE system requirements for Technical Data Packages and supports overall naval aviation readiness goals.
- Analysis and Reporting: Serve as a subject matter expert by conducting in-depth assessments, reviews, and analyses of program data and processes. Develop and implement corrective action plans and effectively report findings and recommendations to leadership at all levels.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between a diverse group of stakeholders. This includes working closely with operators, fleet support and sustainment teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and personnel across acquisition and engineering disciplines to ensure program alignment and success.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is required. Advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Naval Aviation programs, unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), or defense acquisition programs.
- Demonstrated experience supporting product lifecycle management, configuration management, or sustainment data systems in a DoD or aviation environment.
- Experience working with Naval Aviation digital systems or data environments such as Aviation Product Lifecycle Management (AVPLM), Logistics Information for Product & Process Harmonization/Execution (LIPHE), Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+), or comparable lifecycle management tools.
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle processes, including system development, fielding, sustainment, and fleet support.
- Ability to analyze complex program data, develop reports, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, logistics, fleet operators, and program management stakeholders.
- Experience supporting NAVAIR programs, particularly within PMA-262 or Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) initiatives.
- Familiarity with MQ-4C Triton UAS or other unmanned aircraft platforms.
- Knowledge of digital sustainment initiatives, model-based product lifecycle management, or digital engineering environments.
- Experience supporting technical data package management and sustainment system integration.
- Experience supporting Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) initiatives or predictive maintenance programs.
- Prior experience working with fleet sustainment, logistics, or aviation maintenance organizations.
- Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across teams and with external partners.
- Effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills.

Security Clearance Requirement:
- This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret clearance. Selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- The anticipated hourly salary range for this position is $73.00, commensurate with an individual's experience, qualifications, and skill set. ASEC is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation.
